Nomios Netherlands adds Varonis to its partner portfolio. Nomios has worked with Varonis in Europe for some time. In the Netherlands, we are now signing our own partner agreement, with a team that knows the technology.

Varonis looks at where your data lives and who has access to it. The platform:
- Discovers and classifies sensitive data in file servers, Microsoft 365, SaaS applications and cloud storage
- Maps access rights
- Automatically removes excessive permissions
- Detects abnormal behaviour around that data
At many organisations, sensitive data is accessible to more people than necessary, because permissions have built up over the years. With AI assistants, this becomes urgent. Copilot retrieves everything the user has access to, including the folder nobody remembered. Varonis addresses this at the source.

With Varonis, we extend our portfolio from infrastructure security to data security. That includes data security posture management (DSPM) and data access governance (DAG), topics that regulators and auditors increasingly ask about. Nomios handles design, implementation and management.
