Nomios is growing fast. You can see it in the new colleagues joining every month, in projects that keep getting bigger and more international, and in the offices we keep opening across Europe. Need to clear your head between meetings? We've got a pool table, table football, and a ping pong table on-site, plus our own game room. A place to relax or grab a quick game with colleagues.

Staying active

Movement and mental health are part of working at Nomios. You can join the running club or the boxing club. For mental wellbeing, we work with Open Up. The platform offers workshops and self-guided resources on things like stress, sleep, and work-life balance.

We also give you access to Alleo, where you get a vitality budget to spend on what suits you. Think gym memberships, coaching, groceries, or the bike plan, all through one app.

More than a Dutch sandwich

For lunch, we work with Join Program. Every day, chefs cook on-site with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Think warm meals and fresh salads, along with a bread buffet and salad bar. The menu changes with the seasons, so you won't be eating the same thing every week. We also organise regular dinners for the team ourselves.

Celebrating together

We don't stop at one party a year. In winter there's a shared Christmas gala, in summer teams compete against each other during an afternoon of beach games, and on a sunny day we go out on the Amsterdam canals together. There's also an annual family day, where your partner and kids are welcome, including a football tournament. Throughout the year, we balance hard work with moments to have fun together outside the office.

Fuel for the day

Every month, a different barista from Coffee on Wheels is on-site for your coffee. Prefer tea? Our tea bar has Kusmi tea, ginger, fresh mint, and lemon. There's also a fridge stocked with soft drinks. For in between meals, we've got healthy snacks from JustBite and fresh fruit.

Opportunities for young talent

At Nomios, the next generation gets the space to grow. Starting out in the field, with guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll develop through our traineeship in IT or Sales. In IT, you can work in security or networking. You'll learn the job largely on the ground, with room to discover where you fit best.

Women in Cyber

We regularly host Women in Cyber, aimed at women working in cybersecurity. A chance to share knowledge, connect with each other, and strengthen the network within the field.
